Cancellation Policy:
For transfer bookings:
– Free cancellation when notified at least 4 hours before the pick-up time.
– 100% charge will be applied if the cancellation is made less than 4 hours in advance.
For hourly bookings:
– Free cancellation when notified at least 8 hours before the pick-up time.
– 50% of the amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 6-8 hours in advance.
– 100% charge will be applied if the cancellation is made less than 6 hours in advance.
Waiting Time:
- Point to point / Hourly booking 15 min free waiting time.
- Domestic flight 40 min free waiting time after the flight landed.
- International flight 60 min free waiting time after the flight landed.
Waiting Time:
- Point to point / Hourly booking after 15 min with no response, it is consider no show and full amount none refundable.
- Domestic flight after 40 min with no response, it is consider no show and full amount none refundable.
- International flight after 60 min with no response, it is consider no show and full amount none refundable.
This cancellation policy may vary in the following instances:
- During special events in the city that could affect overall demand.
- For our Meetings & Events services that involve a large number of passengers.
In these instances, the client will be informed of the applicable cancellation policy.
Any Changes must be made within 24 hours prior to your transfer by calling (0310) 696 3983 / (0408) 930 3813.
Changes can not be conveyed via your Chauffeur.
